Hello! I’m Dr. Natalie Schwab, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, a family nurse practitioner. For over 12 years I have worked in diverse hospital settings as a registered nurse, and various outpatient settings as an APRN.
These experiences led me to discover my passion for quality care and preventative medicine. As an APRN I realized guiding people through weight loss was rewarding for both my patients and me, and fostered my passion for preventative care. However, working in organized health systems meant time with people was short, and I was practicing on administrations terms. Fast forward to 2023, when I decided to found WEI8HT Release.
This program is tailored medical weight loss and health coaching to sustain weight loss for life. I follow evidence-based guidelines and recommendations, offering members the gold standard of care.
The evidence is robust that long term weight loss is best achieved by coupling medical therapy and health coaching. The result is that I help members overcome obesity and achieve better health for life! Best of all, this is a concierge care model, which means the consultation occurs primarily in the comforts of home!
